Administrative Coordinator

Caseyville, IL

Helitech is looking for an upbeat, personable individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail. Punctuality and attendance are of extreme importance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Scheduling Manager with tasks as needed.
• Tracking uniform agreements, ordering, and communicating deductions to the appropriate departments.
• Updating calendars and company phone list.
• Tracking and ordering all company-branded items.
• Office supply coordination.
• Reception during peak times.

Construction Superintendent

Rock Island, IL

Helitech is looking to hire a Residential Superintendent in the Quad Cities region. The candidate is a qualified field operations manager with construction or related industry site management experience and excellent safety record. The person selected will oversee field operations of several crews in the Quad Cities area to ensure work is performed on time and to comply with contracts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage job site activities such as basement crack repair, residential waterproofing, anchoring walls, piering foundations, concrete finishing, general construction, and inspection/repair projects.
• Provides assistance through on-site field supervision and technical management for all operations including direct supervision of foremen and labor personnel.
• Assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of work on time while maintaining safe workplaces.
• Enhances client relations and the company image; schedules delivery, controls material inventories, maintains daily records, and meets quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Requirements

• Effective management of work crews is the primary requirement, with the ability to do hands-on work when required.
• Must be familiar with OSHA construction safety standards.
• Persons of integrity, coachable, and honesty, dedicated to excellent performance.
• Action-oriented, with the ability to move rapidly from one major issue to the next.
• Must be a person with excellent people, communication, and motivational skills.
• Must be a good listener, with the ability to work with customers & foremen on job sites.
