Helitech is looking for 5 sales representatives in Cedar Rapids IA & St. Louis MO

Sales leads are provided, but must also have the ability to self-cultivate leads
Assure the greatest possible benefit is derived from any and all leads.
Observe company policy in all areas.
Assure management is informed of individual plans, schedules, and activities through established reporting procedures.
Strive to maintain and improve the public image of the company.
Plan and engage in marketing activities to increase the individual’s prospect list so as to reap the maximum benefit from company-sponsored advertising, promotional campaigns and activities, reputation and experience, including actively seeking referrals and nurturing referral networks.
Maintain a cumulative record of the current status of all leads – company and self-generated – from initial contact to final sale and referrals obtained.
Prepare and update sales presentations and materials.
Acquire the technical skills necessary to effectively present the company’s products and develop selling skills and techniques in order to improve closing ratios, average sale value, total sales, and profit.
Do inspections and prepare bids on a timely basis.
Follow-up all open leads and bids, seeking assistance as needed.
Actively pursue all assigned leads, reporting status as prescribed by the manager.
Maintain an active lead generation program to capitalize on the existing customer base and the advertising and promotional efforts of the company.
Prepare documentation necessary to enable the administrative staff to process sales and sales orders efficiently.
Provide production with all the information necessary to accomplish the work to the customer and the company’s satisfaction.
Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
At least 2 years Sales Experience
Computer skills (basics)
Construction knowledge helpful – not necessary
The opportunity involves in-home sales, requires some evening and weekend hours. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Our top 10% of project specialists (sales professionals) earn more than $150k-$200k per year.
