Helitech began as an idea for two high school kids and their father to supplement their income in lieu of farming. Jason began his career at Helitech as an field laborer in 1987 at age 15 while he was in high school. Jason worked his way up by creating and serving in multiple positions including Foreman, Superintendent, and Operations Manager. Jason’s entrepreneurial vision was bigger than even he thought when he created our Civil Construction Division around 1999, which has now been rebranded to CNC Foundations.
Jason was born and raised in Belleville, Illinois. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and his two children.
He is a member of First Baptist Church of Ofallon, IL, and chairs multiple fundraising events for small private schools and orphanages in different countries, along with other local and international churches and charities. Jason is passionate about growing leaders and getting men and women to be the best version of themselves that they can be.

Jason is an active member and supporter of Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), American Drilled Shafts Committee (ADSC), American Shotcrete Association (ASA), First Baptist Academy, In His Hands Haiti Orphanage, and St. Jude's Children's Hospital!
