I have over 18 years of experience helping customers solve problems and achieve their goals. As an entrepreneur, I founded my own marketing company in 2008. I worked directly with financial advisors, insurance agents, and small business owners to help generate new business and clients, as well as working to restore failing businesses. I have worked with corporate and small business clients to revitalize their companies, grow their customer base, and generate new jobs.
I am not a one-size-fits-all problem solver. I give every customer my undivided attention, taking the time to design problem-specific systems that accomplish exactly what our customers have asked me to do. As a result, I strive to incorporate the top-rated customer satisfaction at Helitech.
I have an extensive understanding of the waterproofing and foundation repair, as well as 14 years of experience in sales. My background in beginning as a general and office manager serves me well. I have job-site experience and hands-on training which is giving me a unique and genuine understanding of basement environments and how to solve basement and foundation problems. I have consulted with numerous homeowners and have designed effective solutions for each and every one of them.
I understand the importance of doing the job right the first time and taking responsibility for every job which I have involved myself in.
As the inside sales manager for Helitech, I take great pride in helping customers understand the issues they are having with their home and the different avenues to go about solving their waterproofing or foundation problems within the greater Helitech area.
The most important life lessons I’ve learned are kindness, trust, and loyalty. Working for Helitech the inside sales manager and solving homeowners’ problems with the best products available gives me a great sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.
