17 years ago Helitech originally installed helical screw anchors on my wall that has a 30-foot horizontal crack. My wall recently moved very slightly so I called Helitech to come back out to inspect the wall. They lived up to their warranty by adjusting the anchors and adding carbon fiber material to my wall at no extra cost. I also decided to pay for epoxy injection for the crack in order to stop the leaks that occurred when it rained. The work was performed in December right before the recent storms that caused record flooding in St. Louis. I was amazed that my basement was completely dry for the first time since I have owned the home even with the massive amounts of rain. I was impressed with their warranty service and would definitely recommend epoxy injection for leaks.

We had a very good experience with Brian Cox from Helitech. We wanted to see if we had foundation issues that needed very expensive repairs. Another company had given us a bid that would have cost thousands and torn up our property for months. As it turns out this work was totally unnecessary. Brian conducted a thorough analysis of our home that was significantly different from the previous company. He also provided us with a referral to an independent structural engineer who confirmed Brian’s evaluation, thus saving us thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I’m writing this review entirely based on my introduction to the company with Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but I was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to listen that I was completely sold and canceled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. We needed a crack repaired in our foundation for years. The Home Care Specialist was able to come to the house and clearly explained the procedure that Helitech uses to repair our problem. Brandon is the technician who repaired the crack and did an exceptional job. It looks professional and neat. We are more than pleased with the epoxy and mesh membrane used to repair the crack. When we eventually decide to move, we will have no qualms about something that was done improperly when we moved in and will be solid and strong for our remaining time in our home and a new owner. After two phases (1 – sump and drainage, crack repair, and wall anchors and 2 – concrete leveling, pier, and French drain), I no longer even check the weather forecast. I had Helitech come out to my house a few weeks ago and they gave me a bid on some cracks, foundation repairs, and piers. He was very honest in what needed to be done. I had other foundation companies give me bids also which were very excessive and expensive. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and rely on give Helitech a call!!!
