Greg took the time to go over my unique situation and thankfully gave me the good news that my foundation was solid but the additions that were added to the home were off. He also was generous enough to give me pointers on how to fix the issues with my flooring in my kitchen to get them level. I was very impressed, Jon came out and surveyed the job, got back to me with what process the engineers thought was best for my foundation repair. Everything was explained toughly and in precise detail, so as I knew what to expect. I’m writing this review entirely based on my introduction to the company with Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but I was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to listen that I was completely sold and canceled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. He should really be getting paid the big bucks and training other people on the team – I hope that’s the case. Thanks, Brian!

Alex, Dwayne, and Dan did a fantastic job piering my foundation. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and worked at a hard job without stopping. They clearly explained what needed to be done, and did not do more work than was required. They also took the time to consult with contractors who were doing other types of work on my house and made sure that everyone was in agreement as to what was to be done, the timing of it, and by whom. Randy who initially came out to bid on the job was also excellent. Helitech came highly recommended, and I can see why. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had Helitech come out to my house a few weeks ago and they gave me a bid on some cracks, foundation repairs, and piers. He was very honest in what needed to be done. I had other foundation companies give me bids also which were very excessive and expensive. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and rely on give Helitech a call!!!

Absolutely thrilled that I decided to go with Helitech for my home’s foundation needs. My biggest mistake was not calling them first. Jon Courtney takes time to listen, assesses your situation, and creates a plan for your needs that leaves you with confidence. A massive burden was relieved from my shoulders after my meeting with Jon. Rest assured that Jon is not a salesman. He will not try to sell you on time and material that is not needed for your waterproofing & foundation repair. Jon’s priority is addressing your situation appropriately that will leave you with confidence that your home or business is in good hands. Prior to reaching out to Helitech, I sought out another company that quoted me over 30k for repairs. An astronomical sum that I was unable to mentally justify. Jon put my issue into perspective and quoted me a more than fair price for repair. I immediately cut a check. I could not be happier. Clay soil and bedrock caused all kinds of problems, but they were on phone with supervisors, engineers, etc. to come up with the best solution options. John from Helitech came out and used a laser level to find where the house had settled. He thoroughly examined the basement to find the problem areas. Cracks in the foundation were repaired by the crew. Very happy with the work and would recommend them to friends.

My home is now dry, even after severe rainstorms. Thank you, Helitech team, especially Kevin and Lucas (foreman). Everyone advised me to hire a company that had experience and was in business for a long time. I see the wisdom in that. My house needed that experience and teamwork. After two phases (1 – sump and drainage, crack repair, and wall anchors and 2 – concrete leveling, pier, and French drain), I no longer even check the weather forecast. Lucas S. was the foreman in both phases and his work ethic and concern about the job are very much appreciated. We had a very good experience with Brian Cox from Helitech. We wanted to see if we had foundation issues that needed very expensive repairs. Another company had given us a bid that would have cost thousands and torn up our property for months. As it turns out this work was totally unnecessary. Brian conducted a thorough analysis of our home that was significantly different from the previous company. He also provided us with a referral to an independent structural engineer who confirmed Brian’s evaluation, thus saving us thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. My experience with Helitech was great from beginning to end. Adam Fricke came out to see the space and work up the estimate and was very easy to work with. He explained the work they were going to do and got me scheduled quickly during a very busy time. The crew showed up on time and worked hard for three and a half days and took care to minimize the disturbance to my home. The waterproofing and foundation repair that they completed has held up well during some of the heavy rains we have had here since and it’s felt great to have that worry alleviated.

Very pleased with our experience so far with Helitech. In a time when we are very stressed with a large issue in our basement, we have been focused on finding the right fix with people who will shoot us straight and make us comfortable again in our own home.

The sales rep (Jon Courtney) was very helpful! To start, we had a scary old foundation that was leaking and cracking on 2 sides. He took time to walk through all options and the pros and cons of the options. The was zero pressure to commit to a costly repair. He took the time to help us understand the structural concerns as we had no clue. We worked through the concerns which put us in the best position to stabilize our foundation walls and provide a lifetime guarantee of the structure. We also were provided a solution that would provide peace of mind for when we choose to sell our home. The lifetime warranty is transferable to the next owner which provides the potential buyer peace of mind as well. The solution we bought was not the most expensive solution, it was the best solution.
