Nick was our technician. He came out to inspect our sump pump backup battery as it seemed to be of a concern during a recent power failure. He tested it and explained that the battery wasn’t functioning any longer. He promptly replaced the battery as well as checking the main sump pump. He also performed an inspection of our dewatering system Helitech installed, our outside foundation and gutters (installed by them). He is always very pleasant and professional.
Nick was a complete professional as he assessed the problem, told us what Helitech could do to address the issue, and explained how we could lessen the potential for future problems related to the same issue. Highly recommend. P.S. Don’t fail to call Helitech out of fear of the price as their quote was very competitive.

I am very well pleased with the work Jay and his crew of Helitech completed today 5/14/26 on the encapsulation of my 2 crawlspaces in Pekin IL. Great professional work! They also installed a dehumidifier and condensate pump which they tied into my outside downspout and ran a drainage line out to a bubble pot in the front yard away from my home’s foundation. They started at 8 am today and finished at 3 pm! Did everything as I expected from the job estimate provoded by Josh on 4/30/26. Helitech is great! 👍
The crew foreman Brett as well as his crew, Bailey and Cordell were extremely cordial, professional and very hard working!! They encapsulated our entire crawl space as well as added support joints, a dehumidifier and condensation pump. We live in NE Oklahoma and this crew was outstanding! They cleaned up everything every single day so you couldn’t even tell they were here!! Brett explained everything along the way so we knew what was happening each day of the project. I would highly recommend Helitech and Brett and crew!!
Quintan, Logan, and Brendan just left my house after doing a basement repair. They installed a drainage system and sump pump. They did an excellent job on the work today. The work involved jackhammering which was not terribly unpleasant to listen to and didn’t create much of a dust mess at all. (we were expecting a layer of dust on everything and I’d really compare it to skipping dusting for a month or so.) Such a nice crew of guys I felt totally comfortable having in my home. Looking forward to getting a good rain this weekend and knowing our water seepage problems are behind us. Highly recommend this company from their pricing to the work to the great crew that completed the job.
