A Guide to Healing Your Home

This guide will walk you through the process from start to finish in choosing Helitech to Heal Your Home. We start with the customer type, then take you through each step, and which Helitech department you will be working with along the way. First off, you are considered a New Customer. Let’s take a look at what that entails …

New Customer

Department(s): Appointment Scheduling Team

Step 1: Contact

You have submitted your info for a free estimate.

Step 2: Schedule Your 1st Appointment

Helitech’s front office will work with you on selecting a time and date for your appointment with one of our Project Specialists, local to your area.

Step 3: Wait

Typical appointments will be 1-2 weeks out, or during busy times can be 3-4 weeks.

Pending Customer

Department(s): Inside Sales Team & Assigned Estimator

After your initial appointment and have received a bid from your assigned estimator, you are moved into the Pending Customer stage.

Step 4: Examine

Your appointment is here! Our Project Specialist will come to your home to examine your issue and provide you with a bid for repair.

Accepted Customer

Department(s): Customer Care Team, Assigned Estimator, Financing Team, and Accounting Team

5. Accept

You accept the bid for repair and are waiting for an installation date. Install dates typically are 3-4 weeks after accepting the bid.

Install Customer

Department(s): Customer Care Team, Assigned Estimator, Financing Team, and Accounting Team

6. Schedule & Confirm Your Project

Helitech’s front office team works with you on the installation date. We always confirm the project 2 weeks before it is scheduled to begin.

Project Customer

Department(s): Operations Foreman & Crew, Assigned Estimator, and Accounting Team

7. Project Start

Your project has begun! The length of projects varies from as short as a half of a day to 1-2 weeks. It all depends on the services needed and chosen to solve your issues.

Completed Customer

Department(s): Customer Service Team & Assigned Estimator

8. Your Home is Healed!

Your work has been completed.

Gold Customer

9. Additional Work

Many customers choose to only complete one project at a time. For example, getting waterproofing installed and waiting on fixing that sinking concrete. Customer needs additional work at a later date. Calls back in and goes through the initial process, but is now referred to as Gold New, Gold Accepted, etc.
