Helitech Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is a 2021 Better Business Bureau® (BBB®) TORCH Award winner for BBB Serving Eastern & Southwest Missouri & Southern Illinois. TORCH Awards honor businesses and nonprofits demonstrating high ethics in their treatment of customers, employees, and suppliers. Corey, BBB St. Louis president and CEO. “These organizations have truly joined BBB’s mission of advancing marketplace trust in an exemplary way, and they are role models for others in the community.” Based in Caseyville, Illinois, Helitech is one of the St. Louis area’s most recognizable basement and foundation contractors, in business since 1987. Owner and president Jason Courtney says the company, which started out in concrete leveling and eventually evolved into handling “anything to do with the structural repair or waterproofing of any home,” has serviced 100,000 homes in its nearly 35 years of business. “BBB is here to protect and educate the homeowner,” Courtney said. “My goal is to let that resonate with the homeowners, that we’re here to protect your house and make it easy for you to partner with us.” Helitech and other TORCH Award winners were recognized during a virtual award ceremony on Oct. 21.
