Submit your info for a free estimate. Call, Text, Chat, or Fill out our Form.

All calls are routed to our corporate office in Caseyville, Illinois. All contact is made by real Helitech employees. We do not use an answering service.

Step 2: Schedule Your 1st Appointment

Helitech’s front office will work with you on selecting a time and date for your appointment with one of our Home Care Specialist, local to your area.

Step 3: Wait

Typical appointments will be 1-2 weeks out, or during busy times can be 3-4 weeks.

Step 4: Examine

Your appointment is here! OurHome Care Specialist will come to your home to examine your issue. Ideally, all decision-makers should be present for the inspection. The inspection process should take around an hour. After our Project Specialist examines the issues, they will prepare a bid for repair.

Accepted Customer

Department(s): Customer Care Team, Assigned Home Care Specialist, Financing Team, and Accounting Team

5. Accept

You accept the bid for repair and are waiting for an installation date.

Install Customer

Department(s): Customer Care Team, Assigned Estimator, Financing Team, and Accounting Team

6. Schedule & Confirm Your Project

Helitech’s front office team works with you on the installation date. We always confirm the project 2 weeks before it is scheduled to begin.

Project Customer

Department(s): Operations Foreman & Crew, Assigned Home Care Specialist, and Accounting Team

7. Project Start

Your project has begun! The length of projects varies from as short as half of a day to 1-2 weeks. It all depends on the services needed and chosen to solve your issues.

  • Each project has a dedicated Crew, Foreman, & Superintendent.
  • Each project begins and ends with a thorough and complete customer walk-through.
  • Readily Available Customer Service.
  • Weekly Safety & Quality Control Site Visits.

Completed Customer

Department(s): Customer Service Team & Assigned Home Care Specialist

8. Your Home is Healed!

Your work has been completed.

Gold Customer

9. Additional Work

Many customers choose to only complete one project at a time. For example, getting waterproofing installed and waiting on fixing that sinking concrete. The customer needs additional work at a later date. Calls back in and goes through the initial process, but is now referred to as Gold New, Gold Accepted, etc.
