Jason Whitley was the gentleman who come out to the house and did the estimate on our sagging floors. Very professional and friendly! He even took pictures so we could see what all was happening under the house. I am extremely happy with Helitech and ready to get my floors back to normal. Making the reservation was quick and easy, Jason called before arriving, called and got an estimate quickly for repairs. Bryan Adcock did a excellent job finding cracks on outside basement foundation. He later came back once the paneling was removed and checked for the cracks on the inside. Helitech worked with me time wise when it was convenient for me to be there to get the work done. Austin the tech was very knowledgeable with repair work to be done. It has rained and there is no sign of water.

I’m writing this review entirely based on my introduction to the company with Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but I was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to listen that I was completely sold and canceled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. He should really be getting paid the big bucks and training other people on the team – I hope that’s the case. Thanks, Brian!

We had a very good experience with Brian Cox from Helitech. We wanted to see if we had foundation issues that needed very expensive repairs. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable about the systems. He explained what was needed and how it would prevent further structural damage to the basement wall. He went out of his way to speak to the city workers who were digging to put new sidewalks in the neighborhood and my sump pump discharge was directly under where the new sidewalk was to go. This helped me to not have to dig a trench myself to remove the pipe.

I have a big project to do on my foundation. Mark came out and spent a lot of time discussing the job, and the solution to the problem. Then came back out once the plan was finalized and walked us through financing and getting us hooked up with a liason who will provide the ongoing details of the project. I am looking forward to finally getting this big job done and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders already. A big thanks to Mark!

Job is now completed and the WHOLE crew is amazing. From scheduling with Ashley, the foremans Alex and Mike, and Mark showing up on day one to go over everything before we started, I couldn’t be more pleased. These guys work like horses, I couldn’t believe the progress each day! So glad to have had you all work on my little old farmhouse, it’ll be good for another 100 years.
