Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable about the systems. He explained what was needed and how it would prevent further structural damage to the basement wall.
He went out of his way to speak to the city workers who were digging to put new sidewalks in the neighborhood and my sump pump discharge was directly under where the new sidewalk was to go. This helped me to not have to dig a trench myself to remove the pipe. He also discovered the source of the water issue in my basement which did not require further waterproofing action. I would recommend your company to anyone in the future.
